These tunnels cannot be unscrewed, but have a narrow edge, which for most people is not that difficult to get in. In rare cases, however, it may be necessary to stretch a little larger than the jewelry. We sell these tunnels in pairs (so you get 2 plugs, one for each ear). The tunnels are made of surgical steel, but out of consideration for the stone, we do not recommend taking them into the
