2023, Pithos Bianco Sauvignon Blanc minimal intervention og fokus påCOS Pithos Bianco 2023 is their white amphora aged wine, crafted from the local Grecanico grape (the Sicilian variant of Garganega). By fermenting and aging exclusively in terracotta pithoi (amphorae), the wine achieves a pure, mineral profile with subtle orange toned nuances a tribute to the traditional and unrefined character of Sicilian terroir.
