MEASUREMENT CONCERNS
The absence of standardized measures for assessing employee well-being leads to a lack of meaningful comparisons between companies and baseline indicators to track progress in enhancing employee well-being.
WELL-BEING INDEX STUDY & BENCHMARK REPORT
Benchmark your employees against ISO 45003, WHO SDG 3 & 8, and national data to gauge their well-being and performance.
LACK OF INTERVENTION EVALUATION
Companies may invest in well-being initiatives without measuring their impact accurately. Without proper measurement, these efforts could potentially be wasted in terms of time, cost, and effort.
WELL-BEING WORKSHOPS
Discover your employees’ well-being experiences, and then take action! Sign up for our specialized well-being workshops designed to enhance workplace wellness.
LACK OF AWARENESS & LITERACY
Limited awareness of psychosocial risks, and a poor understanding of one’s well-being and psychological safety can hinder employees from advocating for a better work-life experience.
WELL-BEING CONFERENCE
Get ready for an exciting Well-being Conference igniting discussions about organizational well-being. It’s where we share the best practices that drive positive change.
GOVERNANCE CONCERNS
There is no systematic oversight to ensure companies consistently implement their employee well-being initiatives. This may lead to inconsistent efforts or neglect of well-being initiatives altogether.
THE WELL-BEING@WORK (W@W) AWARDS©
Our Well-being Impact Awards shine a spotlight on companies that genuinely enhance their employees’ well-being. We’re recognizing the champions of workplace wellness!
