This movement is a collaboration between Ministries, Universities, Universities, Associations and Organizations to accelerate the experience of psychosocial well-being and safety in Corporate Malaysia. The mission of the National W@W Movement© is:

MEASUREMENT CONCERNS
The absence of standardized measures for assessing employee well-being leads to a lack of meaningful comparisons between companies and baseline indicators to track progress in enhancing employee well-being.
WELL-BEING INDEX STUDY & BENCHMARK REPORT
Benchmark your employees against ISO 45003, WHO SDG 3 & 8, and national data to gauge their well-being and performance.
LACK OF INTERVENTION EVALUATION
Companies may invest in well-being initiatives without measuring their impact accurately. Without proper measurement, these efforts could potentially be wasted in terms of time, cost, and effort.

WHAT IS MALAYSIA’S CURRENT VS DESIRED LEVEL OF WELL-BEING INDEX?
In 2022, O Psych embarked on a journey to measure Psychosocial Risk, Psychosocial Well-being and Psychological Safety across Corporate Malaysia, with a total of 7244 respondents from 18 companies across 7 industries. Based on the findings gathered, our 3 aspirational goals are:
